My Best Life Journal (MY as in YOURS if you are the one holding it) was a dream that I just wasn't able to get out of my heart or off my mind. I had hoped to accomplish this dream before turning 50 last year, but I had to take my own advice and remember that goals shouldn’t have deadlines. So, I decided it was time to put my money where my “I am…” statements are, so to speak, and make My Best Life Journal a reality.
I am Diana Smith and my passion is helping others live a happy life, no matter their current situation. I can’t tell you the number of times that people have looked at me and said, “Diana you have it all. You have a beautiful house and a successful career. You’re just good at everything you do!” But I have to tell you, a big house and a big paycheck aren’t magic keys to happiness. I’ve been at the height of my success and miserable, and poor as dirt and happy as could be. The secret really is a matter of mindset.
What you focus on can make you happy and confident, or it can make you sad and insecure. You don’t have to wait around for this or that to happen so you can be happy. Be happy now. Living your best life is about finding gratitude and joy for the life you already have and realizing that you are enough just as you are, right where you are.
Now, believe me, I know what you’re thinking. I’m sure that you’ve heard all these things before, you may even have tried some of them and experienced minimal success. That’s exactly why I created My Best Life, for people like me who wanted more than just another motivational speech or preachy self-help novel. My Best Life Journal is an easy to follow guide that will keep you focused and prompt you to keep moving down the path to becoming the person you want to be.
My Best Life is so much more than just a journal. Join us on Facebook at MyBestLifeBrand to connect with a community of people who will be there to encourage and support you every step of the way. On social media, use #MBLJournal to share your progress and celebrate with others also dedicated to focusing on life’s blessings.
Enough small talk, let’s get to it!
