SEASONED BAKED POTATOES
Always make extra, they are wonderful fried for breakfast 🙂
Coat clean potatoes with oil.
Toss in a bag of seasonings. What I typically use is pictured, but you can put together whatever you like. Add some heat with pepper flakes or Creole if you want. Curry is a must in my book (or newsletter) haha
Bake at 350 for about an hour.
Even people that don’t usually eat the skin will LOVE these!! I’ve proven it again and again 😉
