Seasoned Baked Potatoes


Always make extra, they are wonderful fried for breakfast ๐Ÿ™‚

Coat clean potatoes with oil.

Toss in a bag of seasonings. What I typically use is pictured, but you can put together whatever you like. Add some heat with pepper flakes or Creole if you want. Curry is a must in my book (or newsletter) haha

Bake at 350 for about an hour.

Even people that donโ€™t usually eat the skin will LOVE these!! Iโ€™ve proven it again and again ๐Ÿ˜‰
