Chicken Breast sliced lengthwise
Dip in melted butter (cooking spray for the fat conscious) then set on a plate to season
Season with garlic, onion & curry powder, seasoning salt and pepper (your choice)
Preheat air fryer to 400
Cook for 8 minutes (turn halfway)
I prefer this "naked" version as opposed to dipping them in panko crumbs but if you like crispy breading then dip them in crumbs after their butter bath.
