CHICKEN & BACON GRAVY
This was an idea I put together because I didn’t want to just share how to make a baked potato and it was … To Die For Good.
Sauté some butter, chopped garlic, real bacon bits/pieces and leftover chicken (I always have rotisserie on hand) until warm and combined.
Mix a couple gravy packets, as directed, then pour into meat mixture. Add a can of corn and a handful of frozen peas. Cook over low/med heat stirring until the gravy has thickened and the peas are cooked. Only takes a few minutes. If it gets too thick add broth or water. If thin, add another gray packet. Use your judgment according to how much meat and veggies you have.
Enjoy over rice, noodles or potatoes.
